Feature request: Request Form Customisation

Hello,

I'd love to be able to make the request forms more on brand through being able to inject some custom CSS to the page. A bonus feature would be supporting custom domains!

I'm not after anything too fancy, just the ability to set colours, maybe an image or two and possibly the font.

Thanks,

Pablo.

Hi Pablo, we're always happy to hear feedback especially on such popular features as Request forms. I was wondering if you would like to share some further detail around the type of CSS changes you'd like to see? Perhaps more information about the images embedded in the background, like your logo? Or set a background template colour?

You're probably aware that it has the same logo as in your workspace but I understand you'd like to take this a little further. You've shared this in the right place, now members can vote and discuss the idea and this adds great value to our Product Teams internally discussions. Thank you!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Stephen - thanks for our response!

I'd like to remove the blue bar and logo as the blue is not on brand, and the logo is really low quality on retina screens; I'd also like to change the font face and styles. I'd probably replace it with a centered, slightly large logo.

Pretty much everything I'd want to achieve would probably be achievable through a textarea which allows for injection of arbitrary CSS onto the page.

Thanks,

P.

I'm in the same boat. I'm using external request forms for my university, and that blue bar makes us look like a different university (and that's a big problem around here). Hopefully some day?

Customizing fonts and colors would be very helpful for us as well!

I'd also like the ability to add blocks of text to explain the form, add response expectations and other useful info.

Being able to change css would be really useful for customization even if it was to have a few custom classes that we could over ride in a css file which wrike just included last. In fact just list the classes/use for us with the caveat that changing them may break display elements if not careful.

I need this feature also. We use Public Request Forms on our Website for Sales Tasks. The Blue Submit Button is not fitting our CI. We like to change to Color.

This is 100% a feature we need to have. The logo is a bit too small, the colors are really off, we definitely need more customization on our end for these forms.

We use the external Wrike form for all our "request a quote", "contact us" and sales@buttons on our webpage.  Works great directly creating the project as a lead in our system.  Automatically placing it in queue for our dashboards.  Our sales team is notified immediately through the app and by email, plus all the responses with the Outlook integration works wonderfully for updating wrike. I would love to be able to customize it.  When the form is completed it says "Aaaaaaaand Done....".  Perhaps this is an option that I am not aware of as I know there is some customization currently available.

Thank you for your support here Coral-lea Hogerhuis 🤗 It is possible to add your company's logo to the external request forms and also customize email notifications after the form is submitted 👍

Aside from aesthetics, it would be great to style some of the form options, like checkboxes.  Rather than show a single column of checkboxes, it would be nice to allow users use CSS Grid or Flexbox to make it look more responsive.

You could very easily use CSS Custom Properties to expose specific layouts features.

We would like to be able to brand the request form with our logo and color palette. It looks like this question has been asked since 2017. So that makes it 7 years old. Has anything been done on this?

Hi Jim DiGiovanni, it's already possible to add your logo to external request forms by adding them to your workspace. Can this be helpful?

I don't see that option in my settings and I am an account admin. See the screen shots.

Jim DiGiovanni Because you're on an Enterprise account, it's possible that this right has been revoked from admins and it's only possible for the owner to see this option. Could you please reach out to the account owner so that they can either add the logo themselves or enable the right for admins to do it
