Overview

Account admins can upload the company logo into the workspace. On Enterprise accounts, this right might be revoked.

You can customize your account by adding your company's logo to the workspace. The logo will be visible in all users' workspaces. It also will appear in external request forms.

There are a couple of requirements to the images you upload as logos:

  • It must be a PNG file with a transparent background.

  • Image requirements:

    • Maximum file size: 12.5MB.

    • Height 24px or less

    • Width from 60px to 150px

    • 24 or more bits per pixel

    • Aspect ratio 5:1

How to upload a custom logo

  1. Click your profile image 1 in your sidebar.

  2. Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

  3. Under Account Management, click Settings 3 in the left panel.

  4. Scroll down to find the Company logo. Then click Select file 4. Alternatively, you can drag and drop your image into the company logo section.

  5. Choose an image to upload from the dialogue box that appears and click Open 5.

  6. If you want to delete the image and replace it, click on Delete 6 and add a new one.

Note

Ensure your file size meets the requirements, or you won't be able to upload your image.
