Travis can you give an example?

Yes.

I want to provide clients with a decision tree to help ensure we collect all needed requirements. I understand there is a required option I can toggle on inputs, but sometimes that isn't the right solution. I would like subsequent questions either hidden or greyed out depending on client responses.

Does that help?

Hi Travis, I understand and I think it is a good idea.

Particularly if the selections could be mapped to Custom Fields, and or auto select tasks from a Project Template which then become active based on the conditional inputs.

Hi Travis and Paul! Thanks for sharing this request, conditional inputs are a great idea. I wanted to let you know that our Product Team is already working on this functionality, and while I don't have an exact timeframe to share, it's on our current roadmap :)

It would be great to be able to fill in Custom fields via Request form.

Thank you in advance

Hi Miquel, thank you for commenting here! I wanted to let you know that there's an existing request on the Community for mapping data to Custom Fields, and it would be great if you could add your vote to it too: Request forms - Autopopulate/map to custom fields.

Hi everyone, I have some great news to share - we just released Dynamic Request Forms

To start using this functionality:

  1. Access the Form Builder in Account Management.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Form to add more pages. You can later select these pages to redirect users there, based on the answers they give.
  3. Add dropdown type questions. Click the branching icon next to each answer to set up a conditional formatting rule:

Let me know if you have any questions about this feature, I'll be happy to answer them, as well as hear your thoughts about it here: Dynamic Forms Feedback. :)

Hi, this is a great step in the right direction, could currency custom fields be also mapped as right now it is only for text fields and drop down choices. Currency custom fields would be great to track potential additional revenue. Thanks in advance!
