Key Features

Wrike Copilot includes the following key features designed to enhance your productivity:

  • Find Insights about your Wrike Data:

Ask questions in plain English about your spaces, projects, folders, or tasks. Wrike copilot gives you clear answers and direct links to relevant items, so you can quickly find the information you need.

Example questions you can ask Copilot:

    • “What is the current status of the project?”

(Open Copilot on a specific project to get a focused answer)

    • “Which topics are at risk and need immediate action?”

(Use this in a space, project, or folder to analyze key topics)

    • “What are the bottlenecks that are putting this project at risk?”

    • “Find comments about… (topic).”

You can click any link in Copilot’s generated answer to open the related item in item view.

  • Analyze Quantitative Data and Generate Charts:

Wrike may store thousands of items, so it’s often helpful to analyze trends or see how your data is distributed. Previously, you could only do this by creating widgets in Dashboards. Now, you can simply ask Copilot your question in plain language, and it will analyze your quantitative data and give you an answer with a chart.

    Note

For the most accurate results, start Copilot from the folder, project, or space that contains the data you want to analyze. Copilot only reviews items under the root item you select.

Example questions you can ask Copilot:

    • “What is the distribution of tasks by assignee?”

    • “Create a pie chart showing the number of active tasks by importance.”

    • “How much time has been logged for this project?” (when Copilot is opened on a specific project)

Once Copilot displays the chart, you can click any part of it to explore the data. Clicking a bar or segment opens a separate view, letting you to view the specific items behind that data.
