Whiteboard as a Tool in Wrike
TL;DR
All space members can use Whiteboards, but only space admins can add them to a space’s Tools from the sidebar. Removing a Whiteboard from Tools only unlinks it in Wrike - the original board stays available and you can add it again later.

You can add Whiteboards to the Tools section in Wrike so your team can open, organize, and work on boards without leaving the workspace.
- Regular users, admins, and owners can use Whiteboards in Tools.
- Space admins can add Whiteboards to a space’s Tools.
- All space members can open Whiteboard, but only space admins can add them.
- Open the space where you want to add a Whiteboard.

In the sidebar, click the + button 1 in the Tools section.
- Select Whiteboard 2 from the menu.

In the window that opens, either:
- You can Create Whiteboard 3, or

Choose an existing Whiteboard from the list 4, or search for it by name 5.
- To create a new whiteboard, optionally enter a title, then click Create whiteboard 3. If you don't enter a title, your whiteboard will be named New whiteboard by default.
- If you want to use an existing whiteboard, click one from the list 4.

Your Whiteboard appears under Tools in the space sidebar 6.
When you open a Whiteboard in Wrike, you have access to the same features available in the board’s native tool. You can:
- Organize ideas on the board.
- Use the editing tools from the toolbar.
- Add, edit, or remove ideas and objects.

Click the three-dot menu 1 next to the board name in your workspace.
- Select Remove 2.
- A confirmation dialog appears.

Click on the Remove 3 button to remove boards from tools.
Important
Removing a whiteboard from Wrike Tools does not delete it from Klaxoon. You can always add it again later.
