Filter Presets and Sorting on iOS

You can use filter presets and sorting on the Wrike iOS app to quickly find the work you need. Apply saved presets from the web version of Wrike, adjust filters on the go, and sort items to see the most relevant work first.
Filter presets are saved on the web version of Wrike and appear on mobile when available for that view in a project, folder, or space.
- Open the Wrike app on your iOS device.
- Navigate to the folder, project, or space where you want to filter items.
- Tap the filter icon (funnel) 1 on the toolbar.
- Select the filter presets 2 you want to apply.

Tap the preset to filter the view.
Note
- System presets like All active, My active, and Overdue appear at the top of the list.
- You can’t create custom presets in the mobile app, you can only use presets created in the web version. Learn how to create a filter preset here.
How to Sort Items on iOS
You can change how tasks and other items are ordered in a list.
- Open the folder, project, or space you want to review.
- Tap the sort icon 1 next to the filter icon on the toolbar.
- Choose a sorting option 2 , such as:
- Priority
- Name
- Assignee
- Status
- Start date
- Due date

Tap the arrow button 3 to switch between ascending and descending order.
Note
Sorting options can vary by view and account configuration, so you might not see every option listed above.
