Working With Tasks, Folders, Projects, and Spaces in Wrike for iOS

Table 304. Availability - Legacy plans

Overview

In the Wrike for iOS app, it’s possible to work with tasks, folders, projects, and spaces on the go.

Browse spaces

You can view spaces, but you can’t edit spaces info or invite users to spaces.

  1. Tap Browse on the bottom navigation panel.

  2. Scroll down to see all the spaces you’ve already joined.

  3. If you’d like to see the whole list of spaces in your account, scroll down to Explore Spaces.

Note

It’s not yet possible to join a space right in the app.

Search for tasks, folders, and projects

  1. Tap Browse in the bottom navigation panel.

  2. Tap Search at the top of the screen.

  3. Type the name of the task, folder, or project you want to open.

  4. Select the appropriate item from the list when it appears.

Search results are divided into two categories: “tasks” and “folders and projects.”

To find all your starred tasks, folders, and projects, switch to the view Starred via More. To view all folders and projects that are shared with you but don’t belong to any space listed above, click Shared with me.
