Filter Presets and Sorting on Android

On Wrike for Android, you can apply filter presets created on the web (including system presets like All active, My active, and Overdue) and sort items by fields like Priority, Name, Assignee, Status, Start date, or Due date in ascending or descending order to quickly focus on the work you need.

You can use filter presets and sorting in the Wrike Android app to quickly find the work you need. Apply saved presets from the web version of Wrike, adjust filters on the go, and sort items to see the most relevant work first.

How to Use Filter Presets on Android

Filter presets are saved on the web version of Wrike and appear on Android when they’re available for that view in a project, folder, or space.

  1. Open the Wrike app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the folder, project, or space where you want to filter items.
  3. Tap the filter icon 1 (funnel) on the toolbar.
  4. Select the preset 2 you want to apply.
  5. Tap the preset to filter the view.

Note

  • System presets like All active, My active, and Overdue appear at the top of the list. 
  • You can’t create custom presets in the mobile app, you can only use presets created in the web version. Learn how to create a filter preset here.

How to Sort items on Android

You can change how tasks and other items are ordered in a list.

  1. Open the folder, project, or space you want to review.
  2. Tap the sort icon 1 next to the filter icon on the toolbar.
  3. Choose a sorting option 2, such as:
    • Priority
    • Name
    • Assignee
    • Status
    • Start date
    • Due date
  4. Tap the arrow button 3 to switch between ascending and descending order.

Note

Sorting options can vary by view and account configuration, so you might not see every option listed above.
