Overview

Available on all paid plans.

Admins and regular users can set any dashboard as their Wrike Home. This flexibility lets you start your day with a personalized view, so you can focus on the work that matters most. By making a dashboard your home, you can quickly track key tasks, stay organized, and boost your productivity every time you log in.

When a dashboard is set as your home, it will appear in the following situations:

  • The selected dashboard will be shown immediately after you log in.

  • Clicking the Wrike logo in the sidebar will direct you to your home dashboard.

  • The dashboard will open by default when you launch the Wrike desktop app or open a new tab within the app.

Note

If a dashboard is not set as your home, Wrike will function as usual. Clicking the Wrike logo in the sidebar will open your Inbox, and accessing Wrike via your browser, launching the desktop app, or opening a new tab will take you to your last visited location.

How to Set a Dashboard as Your Home

Customizing your Wrike experience by setting a dashboard as your home allows you to quickly access the information and widgets most important to you. This feature is especially useful if you regularly monitor certain projects, reports, or metrics. For individual contributors, it can also help you easily track your day-to-day tasks and stay updated on items that are most relevant to your work. Follow these steps to set your preferred dashboard as your home:

  1. Go to the space containing the dashboard you want to set as your home.

  7. You’ll see a home icon 4 in the dashboard title. From now on, clicking the Wrike logo in the sidebar will take you directly to this dashboard.

Note

You can only set dashboards you have access to as your Home. This preference is personal and does not impact other users.

Note

You cannot set pinned dashboards as your home. The three-dot menu for pinned dashboards does not include the option to set or remove a dashboard as home.

Change or Remove Home Dashboard

To select a different dashboard as your Home or remove your current Home dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three-dot 1 menu on the dashboard’s title bar.

  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Remove as my Home 3 again.

Note

Removing your Home dashboard does not delete it. After removal, clicking the Wrike logo in your sidebar will take you to your Wrike Inbox, or to the last page you visited when opening Wrike. The home icon will no longer appear on the dashboard, allowing you to set a different dashboard as your Home if desired.

FAQ

What happens if a dashboard that is set as Home is deleted or if my access to it is revoked?

If your Home dashboard is deleted or you lose access to it, the Home feature will be deactivated. In this case, clicking the Wrike logo will once again open the Inbox by default.
