Overview

Admins and regular users on all account types, except for Team accounts, can enable Actionable Meetings for Zoom by Wrike.

Actionable Meetings for Zoom by Wrike is an app that allows you to:

  • Access tasks in Wrike and make changes during a Zoom meeting (and do it all in one window).

  • Take notes during Zoom meetings right in the Wrike task.

  • Add links to Zoom meetings to tasks in Wrike.

  • Create tasks in Wrike while in a Zoom meeting.

  • Attach a recording of your Zoom meeting (and chat transcript) right to the task in one click.

Important

Actionable Meetings for Zoom by Wrike is available for those who are using the Zoom app v.5.7.3 or higher.

Actionable Meetings for Zoom

You can add Actionable Meetings to your personal Wrike account.

  1. Click your profile picture 1 in the sidebar and select Apps & Integrations 2.

  2. Find the Actionable Meetings for Zoom card 3 and click on it. Use search if you can’t see this app on the Apps & integrations main page.

  3. Click Enable 4.

  4. Next, you'll be asked to authorize the app in a separate window. Click Authorize.

  5. The Actionable Meetings app is installed. To start using the app, you'll be redirected to open Zoom and log in to your Wrike account.

Note

Make sure you have selected to show the Zoom Apps button in your Zoom workspace. To do so open Zoom settings, switch to the Zoom Apps tab and click the toggle button.

Account owners and admins on all accounts (except Free) can disable the option to enable Actionable Meetings by Wrike for the whole account. To do so:

  1. Click your profile picture in the sidebar 1.

  2. Select Settings 2.

  3. Open the Security tab 3 and scroll down to the Integrations section 4.

  4. Uncheck the box next to Actionable Meetings for Zoom 5.

  5. Click Save changes 6.

Uninstall Actionable Meetings

  1. Go to Zoom Marketplace 1 and log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Click Manage 2 at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Switch to the Added Apps 3 tab.

  4. Find Actionable Meetings by Wrike 4 in the list.

  5. Click Remove 5.
