Overview

You can cancel the approvals you created at any time.

Cancel approvals

Navigate to the folder, project, or task and open it in item view.
Open the approvals panel. To do that click the caret icon.
Click Cancel approval.
Confirm your decision in the pop-up that appears.

Note

When you cancel an approval, information about it is added to the task, folder, or project stream.

FAQ

What happens if I cancel an approval that should trigger a status change?

The status change won't be triggered, and you have to change it manually.
