Deleting Custom Workflows

Admins on Business and higher accounts can delete account-wide workflows. On Enterprise and Pinnacle accounts this is a controlled admin permission, so some admins may not have it.
Space admins can delete space workflows.
Delete workflows you no longer use to keep your workspace neat.

Click your profile image 1 from the sidebar.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

Click Workflows 3 in the left-hand navigation panel. You’ll see a list of all workflows created at both the space and account levels in a Table view.

Right-click a workflow’s title or hover over the workflow title, then click the three-dot menu button 4 in the list and select Delete 5.

Click Delete workflow to confirm your decision.
Alternatively:

Click the workflow title to open its editing window.

Click the three-dot menu button 6 in the top right-hand corner.

Select Delete workflow 7 from the dropdown menu.

In the pop-up that arises, click Delete 8 to confirm your decision.
Note
When you delete a custom workflow, if an item is currently in a status from the deleted workflow, then it remains in that status. However, you can't apply statuses from deleted workflows to additional items or filter by statuses that belong to deleted workflows.

Navigate to the relevant Space 1 in which the workflow you want to delete is located.

Click the gear icon 2 next to the space overview in the sidebar.
OR
Click the gear icon 2 below the space title in the current view.

Switch to the Workflows tab 3. You'll see a Table view listing all workflows created within the space.

Hover over the workflow you want to delete and click the three-dot menu button 4 and select Delete 5 from the drop-down menu.

In the pop-up that arises, confirm your actions by clicking Delete workflow.
Alternatively:

Click the workflow title to open its editing window.

Click the three-dot menu button 6 in the top right-hand corner.

Select Delete workflow 7 from the dropdown menu.

Click Delete 8 and confirm in the pop-up that appears.
Note
Space admins can't delete account-level workflows added to the space, but they can remove them from this space.
