Table 7. Availability - Legacy plans


Overview

All users can view project item view, and all users except collaborators can use them to edit projects.

Project item views are a quick way to access relevant information about projects, edit them, and add information or files.

Open the project item view

  1. From the Home page, navigate to the space that contains the relevant project.

  2. Select a project from the workspace’s left-hand navigation panel 1.

  3. Click on the info button 2 next to the project’s title to open the project’s item view 3.

Navigate the project item view

From the project item view you can:

  • Rename a project 1.

  • Tag a project in additional locations 2.

  • View and edit the project status 3.

  • Add project owners 4.

  • View and edit the start and end dates 5.

  • Access a project’s permalink 6.

  • View and change how to calculate project progress 7.

  • View and Calculate the time spent on project 8.

  • Attach files directly to project 9.

  • Create approvals 10.

  • Add information to the project's description field 11.

  • Add a comment directly to project 12.

By Using the three-dot button in the top-right corner of the item view you can:

  • Expand the project item view to full screen or open it in new tab 1.

  • Duplicate and save the project as a blueprint 2.

  • View and edit who the project is shared with 3.

  • View and edit who follows the project 4.

  • Print the item view or update through email 5.

  • Delete the project 6.

  • Change the project’s item type 7.

  • Change the project's default workflow 8.

  • Switch the project to billable or non-billable 9 (if using Enterprise Pinnacle or the legacy Wrike for Professional Services and Wrike Resource).
