⏳ Releases - Custom Fields, Time Tracking, and an Updated Menu (08/30/2021)

Feature Updates
This week we enabled custom fields in spaces for all Wrike users - this has nothing to do with astronauts or Mars, but it's still exciting 🌌. Before, custom fields that you created could by default be added to any work item in the account, but space-level custom fields will allow for better organization and clarity in your workspace. What's new:
- Now in all accounts with Business subscriptions and up, there are two levels of custom fields available - account, and space-level custom fields
- There's a new tab called Custom fields in your space settings
- Space admins can manage custom fields directly from a space's settings
- All custom fields created before this release will stay as account-level by default, but admins can convert them to space-level
- Tracking Time - Track Time for Other Users ⏰
We're really happy about this one because this feature was initially requested on the Community, and now here it is in your Wrike workspace! 🙌 Account owners and admins on Business and higher subscriptions (please see here for more info) now can add time entries for other users in their account. So, whether it's a company preference, holiday, or a late lunch 🍔, you can feel confident that your time is recorded accurately.
To record time for another user, admins or account owners need to open Timesheets, switch to another user's timesheet and click on the cell they want to edit. Additionally, they can edit other users' time entries in Timelog view.

- Item Creation Menu - Design Update 🟢
We've changed the way you create things in Wrike a little. Now, when you click on the friendly green + button, you'll see a list of things you can create (tasks, projects, and folders) AND search for blueprints using the search field in the same pop-up. Neat!
As part of the same update, now when you right-click a folder or a project in the left-hand navigation panel, or in Table view, for example, and hover over Add item you will see a miniature 🤏 version of the same menu. Before blueprints were also a part of the list of options you saw.
- Search - New Tips
Last and probably least, but still good to know - if you search for something in Wrike and get no results you'll get to see a friendly little Search tip to improve your searching skills. We've added 3 new search tips bringing the total number to 15. The new tips explain how to use OR, AND, and NOT in Wrike search, and the tip a user sees is random. You can also learn about all the clever things you can do in Wrike search here 🤓.
Fixes
- Flexible Effort Allocation Not Saved After Clicking on Another Task 💪
In Workload charts, if a user opened a task with flexible effort, edited hours allocation, and then clicked on another task in the chart, the new allocation wasn't saved. This seemed like an unfair punishment for just wanting to click another task, so we've fixed it.
