A New View: Files View
If you wanted an easier way to see all files in a Folder/Project, the Files View is for you. If you didn't want that...you should still check it out, it's pretty helpful.
Inbox Notifications
It's easier to know when someone shares a Calendar with you because now you'll get a Calendar notification.
External Request Forms: Optional Fields
"Name" and "email" fields on external Request forms used to be required, now including the fields is completely up to the admin creating
New with the iOS App
- The Starred tab took down its "Tasks Only" sign and now shows Tasks, Folders, and Projects.
- If you have multiple accounts (we see you, you multitaskers), you can now switch between accounts.
- When you're switching between apps (multitasking again 💪), your data is blurred out so it can't be read. Adding to information protection? Database encryption is enabled by default.
- As always the app also works faster now.
What happened to Folder statistics?
They're still there, they're just not open by default anymore. Open Folder Statistics from the Folder/Project menu.
Mass Editing + Assignees
We heard it was tricky to see assignees avatars when mass editing tasks, it should be a little easier to see the avatars now, but we're waiting to hear from you!
Fixes
Messaging Apps + MS Teams
Wrike Messaging Apps weren't working properly on Microsoft Teams. We've righted that wrong and now they are.
Lost Filters on Dashboard Widgets
The situation: You're creating a widget from the List View. Before: Some filters may have been lost during the process. Now: They're saved.

Thanks for the update! The only feedback I have is that I am not able to see anything different when it comes to being able to see the avatars when mass editing. I tried logging out and logging back in but there doesn't seem to be any change (or it is small enough that it is not helpful). Hopefully they can figure out a different way of showing everyone's avatars when tasks are selected.

I don't see any change either. And i can't figure out how to see folder statistics, even after following the instructions.
Agree with Deidra S - would REALLLLY like to be able to see the assignees (photos/initials) when mass editing!

You can see "folder statistics" according to above operation, I guess.
(On List-View / Pull Down menu / select "Show Folder overview.)

Regarding mass editing. I think it would be more useful if colours of avatars were more prominent when mass editing. Otherwise it is usefull.

I agree with the above, although it does appear a bit easier to see avatars when mass-editing tasks, it still can be difficult to accurately see who is who. One of the work-arounds I have been using is filtering to view only the assignee(s) who I need to edit. (For example, moving tasks that are assigned to me to someone else to review.)
I don't see a way to change the File view from list to grid. There is no hamburger icon in the top-right corner
I really like the file view, really helps with keeping things organized.

@Stephanie, I would love to be able to select, using a check box, multiple files for deletion. With all the emails that i convert to tasks or comments (awesome feature), all of their signature icons (FB, LinkedIn, Logo, etc.) get added as a file. I would like to delete them to remove them for less clutter.
I haven't been able to dive into all the updates but the files is a cool new addition.

Hi Marjorie, the team is aware of the feedback. I don't have an update right now as they haven't included any further enhancements there right now but once I have some information, I'll let you know 🙂
