[From Wrike] Use Case Marathon Wrap Up & Going Forward ⏭
Hi everyone! 👋
As I mentioned last week, our Use Case Marathon has now ended. A huge thanks to everyone who read and discussed the use cases with us! 😊
To wrap up, during the past ten weeks, we discussed workflow automation, team meetings, event management, product launches, employee training & onboarding, editorial calendars, kanban planning, goal & OKR management, professional services requests, and digital assets management. Make sure to check out these threads if you haven’t already and let us know in the comments if you have any questions 🤗
Our team has been identifying and cataloging the different ways that teams use Wrike and by doing this, we aim to help you get the most out of Wrike for your specific needs. As you may know, we’ve been also working closely with Wrike’s Customer Success Managers to let them know if some of you were interested in implementing some of these use cases.
We already have some ideas for the future use case related content, but we would also love it if you could share any use case ideas that you’d like to dive into or some ideas for educational content for our Community 🙌
Thank you again for your interest and participation in the marathon! Special thanks to Florian Kislich, Sherrie Besecker, Kevin Thalacker, and Jessi Beamer for participating in every discussion during these past ten weeks 💚

Is it possible to maybe have micro cases - small time saving instances where people use Wrike that we may not have even considered?
Maybe in the areas of finance, OH&S or HR etc Or maybe even novel workflow stages.. small time savers or "hacks"
As someone working in the engineering space, in a finance role, a lot of the case studies are not very relevant. (I understand Wrike's major users are marketing creators too.)
It would be interesting to see something about how to utilize Wrike to manage a project with a long runway. I would like to figure out how to potentially change the mindset to be more agile, but the timelines we have are large. Would like to see what others have done.
I agree with Debbie! It was wonderful to see all the use cases over the last 10 weeks, but focusing on some more that are not too specific to marketing would be nice.
Other ideas:
Thanks a lot for sharing those ideas, folks! We'll definitely be thinking how to start more discussions around them 🙌🙌🙌

Debbie Brownlie I would love to see some finance use cases. I personally deal with a lot of finance workflows and would love to see how other people are operating.
Also events - I think our events project owners would be more open to change if I had some highly detailed use cases.
I'd like to dig deeper into creating the same task for a lot of users, like it could be helpful for sharing important news (Company news – Wrike Help Center) or distributing administrative tasks everyone has to fulfil. I raised two product request regarding this topic, and I'd like to discuss If there other ways to manage this challange:

Love all the ideas above and look forward to new topics coming from future Use cases!
Me too, love your ideas, everyone, thanks so much for letting us know 💚

I would be cool to follow the entirety of a project from start to finish similar to the Wrike discover trainings, but an actual/unique use case.
Maybe something for beginners like how to set-up a project with multiple tasks.
Great ideas Jessi Beamer, Heather Hernandez, thank you both! 🤗
