Create an account blueprint AND copy a blueprint from one space to another

I have created a space level blueprint.

  1. Can I copy or move it to another space?
  2. Alternately, can the space blueprint be shared with only a few members who have access to only one folder in that space?
  3. Thirdly, how does one create an account level blueprint?

Hi Alpa Bansal,

I suggest you to check out this link: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013445394-Blueprints-in-Wrike

For your questions:

  1. Can I copy or move it to another space? - No
  2. Alternately, can the space blueprint be shared with only a few members who have access to only one folder in that space? - You can create different folders (like private) in your blueprint space and then share folders only to people can be work on
  3. Thirdly, how does one create an account level blueprint? -> Just clic on "Blueprint" link located in the Left Sidebar (Space section)

I believer this workaround will work to move a Blueprint from one space to another
You can export your blueprint to Excel and then Import it to a new space

I had a space-level project blueprint that consisted of multiple items and I needed to quickly copy it into a different space. As a workaround for copying a blueprint into a different space, you can click 'Create from Blueprint' (in Space A) and 'Save to' a new location from the creation menu (Space B). Then, just convert the created project/task into a space blueprint (Space B).

Hi Katya Popova. I have three different spaces in my organization. I have access/admin permissions to all three spaces. However, I just tried to follow the instructions you posted on June 12th and when I search the "save to" field for "location", only the space where the blueprint was created shows up as an option. I search for the other space and nothing comes up. Do you have any guidance as to why this might be happening? I'm trying to create from blueprint in one space and add it to another. Thank you!

Hi Jen Ferrara, try creating blueprint in a Specific Space, than move it to Account Bluprints

Hi Jen Ferrara If you have a folder in your Space A that is also cross-tagged into Space B, and you create from blueprint with Save to: location - that folder in Space A, it will also appear in the Space B under the same folder (as it's cross-tagged into both spaces). From there, you can convert to space blueprint (Space B).
