More about Product FeedbackEffort is being included for tasks in Cancelled and Completed states, even if you filter the chart to include only Active.
Is this something that can be changed?
I know there is a future update to look at effort more in a burn-down concept; but even then, there could be estimated effort that was not needed.
If the task is in a 'finished' state, it is preferred not to include the effort in the resource management views
