Hi Francesco, welcome to the forums, let's figure out what's going on! 😀 

  • Two accounts: This may be unrelated, but it's a good thing to think about. It looks like you have two accounts (both associated with the same email address). One is an expired trial and the other an active account. If you no longer need the trial account (begins with "Il team") you can cancel that account
  • Gmail Gadget: Can you confirm if you have the Gmail Gadget on your account? If you don't, are you seeing the error when you open an email notification from Wrike in Gmail?

Hi Stephanie, I cannot delete my trial account (begins with "Il team"). because I think wrike recognizes it as the same i use for the account begins with "KIU", could you please delete it for me? I should only remind you that all the projects under the account that begins with "KIU" are in production and they have not to be deleted.

We have also encountered the same error message. We are still trialling the Wrike platform. Does the Gmail add-on still work on free accouts?

Hi Jonathan! Welcome to the forums and Wrike 🤗. It looks like you're a Collaborator in the account. Collaborators are one of the three license types and they are not able to create tasks in the Workspace. An account admin could change your account type to a Regular or External User. As for your last question, yes, the Gmail add-on is available on free accounts.

Hi Stephanie, I am a Collaborator in one Workspace and an Admin for my own Workspace. It seems that there is no option for the add-on to distinguish between the two Workspaces?

Hi Jonathan, it looks like at the moment that add-on isn't distinguishing between the accounts. Support has raised the issue internally and they'll continue communicating as they troubleshoot.

Hey Stephanie, I have worked out the problem. It's a bit obscure. In "Account Profile" - "Email Addresses" - "Email Integration", the setting under "In Folder" was Account Root. This needs to be changed to a folder or project. I'm guessing as my account was originally opened as a "collaborator", it does not allow for the addition of new tasks.
