Could you, please, tell me how to make a Mailing list? Is only an administrator permitted to create it? Or regular users can do it as well?

Hi Pavlo, we'd love to help you. Are you trying to create a User Group? Admins do have to create the group, but once they're created, Regular Users can @mention the group (and other things). Let me know if you were thinking about something else!
I need to upload a volunteer list to this system and I am having problems doing so. I don't even know where to begin. That is my one job to do, and I don't need all the rest of this. We will be using this list to email folks for assignments. How can I do that?

Although Wrike is not a CRM tool, it's possible to create a task for each contact and then create custom fields for different attributes like email address, location, etc. It's also possible to import a list from Excel. If you could give me a bit more context, I'm happy to help further 🙂
