What if we don't want all team members to have access to blueprints?ย
I second Wade's comment. Currently we use blueprints as part of our request forms and those blueprints are not shared with team members until the request form is completed and the template is added to that project's request. Please confirm that those original permissions would not change with this update.
We need the ability o convert account blueprints to space blueprints. It is weeks worth of work to re-create them from scratch
Yay! I've been hoping for a mass action to add locations.
The idea with the blueprints is great, but yes there would need to be a conversion from the global blueprints.
Furthermore they are lacking some functionality which we are used to (eg adding space folders, tagging a blueprint task in multiple other tasks).
Thank you for sharing your feedback, folks!
For now, space blueprints are accessible to all space members, but our team is considering more flexible access options.ย
And the option to save items as space-level blueprints will be added in the near future ๐

I was excited to see Blueprints at the space level...until I read that this is ungoverned.ย We should have the option to control who can edit and create these to ensure control is maintained.ย I assume that we can still use the Blueprints in their existing location and do not have to migrate to the space level.ย This is not something we would use, in most cases, until we can move the existing Blueprints without the need to recreate them and can manage permission on who can create and change them.ย ย
Thank you for sharing your feedback on this Jen, it's very useful for our team โ

Not being able to control who has access to blueprints will be a BIG problem for our company. All projects are opened based on blueprints with very specific timelines with hard deadlines.ย
I'm sending your feedback to the team Caitlin Beaty, thank you for posting it!ย
