As we welcome the new year, it's the perfect time to reflect on the amazing strides we've all made together in 2023. Your feedback and ideas have been invaluable, and today we're delighted to share the product suggestions you've posted and supported that we've brought to life together โ
As you probably know, our Product Feedback forum, one of the most popular spaces in our Community, uses a voting system that allows our Product team to gauge the popularity of your suggestions. These votes are incredibly valuable, contributing significantly to our internal discussions and roadmap planning. You can find out more about our voting system in this post ๐
A significant amount of internal work goes into developing the suggestions posted in the Product Feedback forum. We gather, analyze, and report on all the feedback we receive from you, and itโs thrilling to see how many of your suggestions have received strong support from the Community and were included into planning and implementation ๐ฅณ

Loved seeing Wrike's evolution in 2023! So many great features were added!
I love Wrike and am thrilled to see new features being launched regularly. It's great to witness continuous innovation and updates. :-)
However, when examining the suggestions submitted by users, I noticed the implementation timeframes are quite extensive. Based on the data, considering the creation date of each suggestion and a hypothetical implementation date of June 30, 2023, for all of them, the average implementation time is about 1,677 days. This translates to more than 4.5 years from suggestion to implementation.
I understand there's a requirement of a minimum of 60 votes for a suggestion to be considered by Wrike's developers, which I haven't factored into my analysis. But generally, this scenario might not be ideal for engaging users in the suggestion process. The app has likely evolved significantly since most of these suggestions were made, which might affect the relevance and impact of the suggestions by the time they are implemented.
Encouraging user feedback and suggestions is crucial for continuous improvement, but it's equally important to manage expectations regarding implementation timelines. A more streamlined process or more frequent updates on the progress might help maintain user engagement and enthusiasm in contributing ideas.
Either way, I praise Wrike for offering this channel and valuing the Voice of Customers. It's essential to have such platforms where user feedback can directly influence product development, and I appreciate Wrike's commitment to this.
