Calendar Sharing with Password Protection

Our organization would love the ability to share calendars externally while having the option to password-protect them. We frequently collaborate with clients who are outside our organization and not part of Wrike. However, some calendars may contain sensitive or private information that we want to limit access to.

Adding a password protection feature would allow us to securely share relevant schedules with external partners while maintaining control over who can view the information. This would greatly enhance both collaboration and data privacy.

We’d love to see this feature implemented—thanks for considering it!

Hi Judy Feldmeier,

have you considered using collaborator users for giving controlled access to your calenders?

I guess a password protection without user management is not really safer than a shared link. The password could be spread with the link, and you would only feel safer than rather be.

Hi Judy Feldmeier! Thank you for the suggestion.

I agree with Florian Kislich on this. Using Collaborator users to provide controlled access to your calendars is a good approach, as links and passwords can still be shared. Let me know your thoughts on this! 👍🏽
