Sharing Calendars With People Outside of Wrike

All users, except for external users, Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers, can generate links to share calendar layers with non-Wrike users. Anyone with the link will have an up-to-date view of all tasks and projects within the shared layers.
Note
On Enterprise accounts, the types of users who can use this functionality may vary due to user type settings.

Navigate to the Calendars tab 1 in the sidebar.

Make sure that you have checked the boxes of all calendar layers in the left-hand panel of the calendar that you need to share. Only checked items will be visible to the people with the link.

Click the Public Links in the toolbar 3 .

From the menu that appears to the right, Click + Public Link 4.

Enter the public link title 5.

Press Enter on your keyboard.
To share a public link outside of your organization, click on the icon 6. This action will automatically copy the link to your clipboard.
Note
The link title will be visible to people who open the public link.
Tip

If the Calendars tab is not visible in the sidebar, click on the More button 2 and select Calendars from the dropdown list.

Alternatively, you can generate a public link to calendars by navigating to the Tools section if they were created within a space, and then following the instructions above.
You can rename the links that you created.

Navigate to the Calendars tab 1 in the sidebar.

Click the Public Links in the toolbar 2.

From the menu that appears to the right, hover over the link you would like to rename.

Double click on the title and enter a new link title 3.

Press Enter on your keyboard.
You can invalidate links that you created.

Navigate to the Calendars tab 1 in the sidebar.

Click the Public Links in the toolbar 2.

From the menu that appears to the right, hover over the link you would like to invalidate.

Select the Delete public link icon 4.

Click DELETE to confirm that you want to delete the external link.
The link is invalid, and when clicked, it will no longer display any calendar data.
Admins on Business and higher accounts can disable the ability to create public links. Admins on Enterprise accounts may have this right disabled. Learn more about Controlled Admin Permissions.
To disable the option to create public calendar links:

Click your profile image in the workspace's upper-left corner 1.

Select Settings from the drop-down menu 2.

Switch to the Security tab in the left-hand panel 3.

Scroll to the External sharing policy section 4.

Uncheck the box next to Allow users to create public links 5.

Click Save changes 6.
Users on the account can no longer create public calendar links, and all existing links are invalidated.
