- Access Roles - Separate Project and Folder Creation Permissions for Enterprise ๐
When customizing access roles on Enterprise accounts, there are now separate permissions for creating projects and creating folders.
This means an account admin could allow certain users to create projects, but not folders, and vice versa.

- Views - New Board ๐
New accounts created starting July will have the New Board which is an improved version of the current Board view. It has enhanced functionality, and you can read in more detail about it on this Help Center page. Our team needs more time to have it ready for our existing users, so please stay tuned for our updates in relation to the new functionality.

I look forward to trying out these new features.ย Still no color coding of tasks (or custom fields) for the cards in Board view? This a feature in other products that tends to help the Scrum teams when reviewing task items.ย Thanks again.

How do I enableย the new board view in my account? That would actually solve a big problem I have.
Hi Petra Hauer! For now, the new Board View is only available on new Wrike accounts created starting July 2022. We'll keep you posted on when it's going to be available to all Wrike users ๐

Lisa Hello, Lisa, are there any news about when will be the new board view launched for older accounts? If it is not planned yet, maybe we can ask to close our old account and create new with import of data from old one? ๐ค Crazy idea I know. ๐

Which Accessrole allows an user to lock and unlock time entries?
Hi Florian Gascho, thank you for your comment. All account users, except for external users and collaborators, with a Full access role can lock and unlock time entries.

Hi Juan, thank you for the info. Do you know which part of the acessrole settings changes that?
Also when locking the time entries for a certain area, it shows a very misunderstandable message.
For example:
"Locked task/project/folder for 1 Jan 2022 โ 1 Jan 2023"ย
I've had several confusions about this within my Team as they thought those tasks/project/folders were locked and not open to work in anymore...
