Using a request form to add a new task to an existing task (using the ID)

It would be great if we had an option in the request forms that we can add a new task to an existing one. 

It could look like that:

Or an other idea to add a subtask trough a request:

so the task ID is automatically assigned from the existing task.

Hi Lisa, 
yes, that's right. But the best way would be that it's possible to use the same request form to create a duplicated task or an new duplicated subtask.
