Folllowing List for Post: [From Wrike] The New Wrike Experience - Update ๐
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
I completely forgot about this feature. This will be great to share with my team members who have just switched over to the New Experience.ย
Obviously I need to become acquainted with the โHamburger menuโ
This is a great update! Thanks!
Thank you for this update! I am already using it regularly!
Still requires extra clicking. Remind me again what was wrong with the old interface?
Very nice. Always good to have options. I do pin my projects that are highest priority for quick review. Very helpful.
Thanks for the update!
Thanks for the comments and feedback folks!

I like it, thank you for listening to feedback. But I also agree with Alexander Numann,
why don't you bring it back to the top of the folder structure (in addition)?
Florian
This update is definitely a step in the right direction! Thanks for listening to the feedback :) I also agree with Florian and Alexander. To take it a step further, it'd be really nice if we had the ability to pin, or keep the left nav panel on the side so those pinned items can be accessible all the time. In the new workspace it covers your content instead of pushing everything to the side. The ability to choose if it gets pinned there or not would be ideal. I really miss that nav panel being there all the time from the classic view - it was so convenient and made things one click away. Even with this update it's still a 2 click process.ย
I have to agree with comments above. I am just getting started with new experience. But getting to specific job is slower in the new experience. We use job numbers. If I know the exact job number, currently there is now way to quickly find and land on the job and begin to work. When using the search in the upper right, if I hit enter, I get a few misc tasks. If wait after entering the number, it does populate in the suggested search items below. but it is slow to load.
While not perfect, i miss the search / filter field in the upper left of the old experience. I could type the job number, hit enter and quickly filter for the exact job I wanted. thanks for listening.
I like it though it does feel a bit much as well - I experience the Wrike version from 2017 and it was definitely cluttered back then!
Hi everyone, thank you so much for your feedback, it's much appreciated and shared with the Product team. Currently, the next update will be introducing the abilityย to expand your pinned folders and projects with sub-folders/sub-projectsย in the Hamburger menu in the upcoming weeks.
We'll be sure to keep you in the loop on updates here on the Community. Be sure to follow the Weekly Release Notes to stay up to date with the most recent releases including the New Wrike Experience ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Uuuugh! Why can't you just put it back the way it was before!?ย It is NOT ok to bury it within the infamous Hamburger menu.ย I built my entire workflow and folder structure around having the pinned/starred folders at the top of the left menu.ย Always visible and remaining expanded however I set it.ย That's where I think most people would expect to find "favorites" - out and visible.ย Favorites should not be buried under other menus and not visible all the time.ย I'm fine with change when it's better, but I can't believe Wrike would change productivity software without consideration for workflow.ย Please make this an option for "always visible" if need be.ย For this SOLE reason I remain on the "Old Experience" but fear the day when Wrike deactivates the old experience.
I like that it has returned - as you do not have to return to the home page to navigate to other pinned items.
I was going to comment that I don't like to always have to see it and would be nice to be able to hide it - but it seems you have already rolled that out!ย Clicking "Pinned Items" Toggles it already!!ย Nice work!
The only other thing that I would add is making the pinned items background lighter or different from the rest of the navigation, as now if you have a lot of access, it would be nice to be able to differentiate visually!

Thanks a lot for sharing your feedback here, Tim Batt, Sherrie Besecker! I've made the team aware of it now ๐

Don't forget the constant pop-ups about new features no one asked for and no one cares about. I don't need to add my title and job description, I need Wrike to let me do my work without slowing me down, or distracting me. The new interface's loss of productivity (extra clicks needed to do the same amount of work) and constant demands for attention and maintenance indicate to me that Wrike does not value or prioritize my time.
I want the feature to leave the Pinned/Spaces menu open. This will cut down on being FORCED to return to the homepage
Hi Michael Rocha, welcome to the forums ๐
Could you tell me if you're using the hamburger menu? It allows you to quickly switch between spaces/items without going back to My Home:

Lisa I am using the hamburger menu. It is very inconvenient to have your projects disappear. Imagine working in the file manager and every time you went to find a file the folder tree collapsed. Now to move or copy a file you have to reopen the menu tree and navigate to the sub folder you need. TOO many steps!
Got you, thanks for getting back to me Michael Rocha! I'm passing your feedback to the Product team now ๐

Hi,
We really need an option to Filter Projects. ย The old Wrike Filtering tool worked well. ย We need to be able to filter projects within the tree structure. ย There is really no good Project Search Tool. ย The only way to search for projects is by looking for cluttered results in the opper right search box. ย When you actually click search to return results; all you see are tasks. ย
Need to return an option to filter projects within the hamburger menu. ย There is also now no way to filter out active/completed projects within the hamburger menu. ย
I work across multiple spaces; and it's now takes a few more steps to jump around between different spaces. It was much simpler in the original tree structure.
ย
Agreed, all of the changes in the new interface (ahem, experience, excuse me) are a significant step back in usability. It's quite a shame.
Thank you for letting us know your feedback here Steven Johnson, Alexander Numann. The team continues to monitor your feedback here and they also plan to continue working on the improvements for the New Experience.ย

Wonderful. I'm sure by the time they get everything sorted out, we'll have a new interface (sorry, "experience"....eyeroll) forced on us.
