Dashboard View for Collaborators
It would be great if collaborators could be given read only access to Dashboards. We have some upper management who don't care to see the granular detail of projects but, quote, "want a high-level DASHBOARD view of the work". It seems this should be do-able without them occupying a paid license as they are not actively working within the tool but rather want collaborator-level visibility to the work. I'm aware they could get this with reports, but Dashboards are a great visual way to arrange the work in a way that is much easier to understand quickly.

I agree with this! Our team currently has a number of regular users who we would prefer were collaborators, but they can't function without our shared dashboards - so we have them as regular users. Unfortunately, now we are at our capacity for licenses. It would be a huge win for our team if collaborators could view dashboards instead.

My teams would also highly benefit from this. I refer all users to dashboards for easy access and visibility to their assigned tasks. I feel that the collaborators would gain a better understanding of Wrike if they had dashboard access.

I'm also adding a +1 and upvote to this post. A team of collaborators need to monitor their requests efficiently, and like to use Dashboards. They have been using it as Regular Users, but this is the only feature they use that license type for, which makes their role disproportionate to their use of Wrike. Seems a quick fix, easily adjustable setting for Wrike. Any idea when this will be considered an actual Client-request for the Development Team of Wrike, as the post is already moving for 2+ yrs?
Hi Joost van Staveren, thanks for sharing your feedback here. As Lisa mentioned above, we're not yet at the 60+ vote threshold to add a status here. For some additional context, we use the number of votes to determine the popularity of a given request, and although we can see how this would be a useful update, relatively speaking the votes are on the lower side compared to some other requests.
You can read more about how we work with Product feedback in this thread. I know that's not the response you were hoping for, but it doesn't mean that this will never be implemented.
