Notification Setting Option to Choose Email Or Wrike Inbox

We're encouraging our team to keep all their project communications inside of Wrike. The fact that some of the notifications can only be received in email is causing confusion and causing people to turn off notifications they could really use.

I'd love to be able to choose to receive all the available Wrike notification in my Wrike inbox.

Just experienced some users confused about this as wells, another vote for this. We can't really figure out what messages are sent via e-mail and which ones are sent to the Wrike inbox. Where is this described?

Hi Christian Bering Pedersen, thanks for adding your feedback here.

Check out the Help Center articles on Inbox and email notifications for the full detail on these features. There's also a Wrike Discover course on email notifications which you may find useful. Is this helpful?

If you have any more questions, or if you need further assistance, please do let us know 👍

It would be very helpful to our team to be able to chose to include the additional notifications within our Wrike inbox rather than our external inbox!

I fully support this.  The other option I would like is to sent Notifications to Microsoft Teams instead of email.

Hello!

We are 4 months in to a Wrike launch for our marketing team. Our user adoption has hit a wall due to the notification gaps. For those who want to work entirely out of Wrike, (turning email notifications off) they are missing task and project updates in their Wrike Inbox. It would be great to have the ability to modifiy the wrike inbox similar to the email preferences, just as Meghan has suggested.

Thank you for continued improvements!

Michelle

We have been using the Stream as a workaround. The problem with that is it creates a lot of time for our folks digging through to be sure they didn’t miss anything. Notifications can be critical to progress with tasks/approvals/etc. It would be great if you received a notification in your Wrike inbox for everything unless you change the settings as Megan has suggested. I like it!

Thank you!

Hey Rohan V,

may I kindly mention that this feature-request is only one of several similar requests, beeing here around for years, gaining much support in likes, comments and desperate cries, without any satisfying response from Wrike? I don't belive anymore that supporting this request by some more likes will change anything.
