Making the most of a Collaborator license

Hello Everyone,

I am the owner of Wrike at our company. My boss has a collaborator license as we are at max capacity and cannot buy any more. She want to know when something gets assigned to one of the team members we have– like an issue, etc. She does not want the consultants to have to @mention her each time as she fears they will not do it.

Thank you and let me know if you have any thoughts!

Hi Jordan Crisman , you should be able to add collaborators to certain tools in Wrike, so there a few options that might work.

i.e, -

  • You could build a request form to create those relevant tasks and add her as an automatic assignee
  • You could set up a custom workflow with a status that auto-assigns her (like a "Help / Bat Signal" status)

Hope that helps!

You could create a report to share with your boss that shows tasks and who they are assigned to. Or you can put a custom field on the specific tasks so that only those tasks show up in the report
