Mass Edit Task Descriptions

    I would suggest using a blueprint with the descriptions already filled in.ย  When you create a project from the blueprint you can include descriptions as part of the project.

    Agree with Blueprint approach.ย  For top-level info that applies to the entire project we use the "project clipboard" section.

    These are good options, but the descriptions I need put on every task vary from project to project (i.e backpack email, or hiking info graphic.)

    This mass edit would be used so that when an assignee clicked into their task they wouldn't need to click out to the main project clipboard area to see it. Is there something I am not doing correctly? The clipboard symbol disappears once someone is in a task.

    Need a bit more information then, but if its just a difference of backpack email or hiking as a descriptor then you could just include this in the project title as a prefix.ย  Or put the information in the first task and have the other tasks to refer to said task reference?
