Creating a Task Blueprint

All users except collaborators can create blueprints.

Blueprints can be created from scratch or an already existing task, project, or folder. This page describes how to create task blueprints from scratch.

Create a task blueprint

  1. Navigate to Blueprints 1.

  2. Open the specific blueprint project or folder where you want to create a task blueprint and click New Task 2, or click this button on the main page of your Blueprints section.

  3. Enter a title for your task 3.

  4. Click your task to open its info panel and add relevant details. Include any information that will be applicable for the blueprint. For example, you can add text in the task's description 4, add assignees, set start and end dates 5, and more.

  5. Select a location where the task blueprint should be located 6.
