I am new to Wrike but I thought I would share a tip my team thought was helpful as we struggled finding a solution to this! I found out while I was going through implementation recently that Wrike Support is able to mass edit default email notification preferences for everyone on your account.
As an account admin, I first tried editing the preferences for everyone myself but I was only able to edit mine. The reasoning behind wanting to change them for everyone is that collaborators were not getting certain emails and it was confusing for them to go in and change their preferences. We also wanted to make sure everyone was getting the same kinds of emails so nothing was missed.
We simply put in a ticket to Wrike support listing what preferences we wanted checked for everyone on the account. A simple way to have the same kinds of emails going to everyone on your account.
