@Lisa, this has some great potential. However, when adding a subtask, are you able to reschedule the task date? I didn't see it mentioned in this post or the help article linked above.

For example, I have a form that requests ad hoc work from various teams based on the type of tasks needed, as well as template-tized groups of tasks corresponding to the form selections. I would love to have these groups of tasks added according to the selection in the form and have the submitter specify due dates so that they are automatically rescheduled. When I tried testing this, the form only duplicated the selected group of tasks using their original due dates - which isn't very helpful.

Please advise / assist. Thank you!
Carolanne

Hi @Carolanne, I'll jump in for Lisa here!

At the moment it is not possible to reschedule tasks from the Request Form creation page. I'd recommend making a post about this possible functionality in the Product Feedback Forum. Once the post reaches 60 upvotes our Product Team will be able to provide a status on the functionality!

Let me know if you have any questions! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi Lisa,ย @...,ย ๐Ÿ™‹
One of the issues that I'm having is that when I choose the "add subtask", I'd like to be able to add more details to that subtask from within the same form. Based on what I've tried, and the example above, it doesn't seem possible. But maybe I'm doing something wrong...
Thanks for any advice!

Hi Soraya Jung!

It's currently not possible to customise the subtask created within the Request form task / project. I'd recommend posting this as a suggestion in the Product Feedback section! When the post is at 60 upvotes, our Product Team will be able to provide a status update to let you know what the status of this feature is!

If you have any other questions, let me know ๐Ÿ˜Š
