Wrike Alerts

Is there a feature in the development pipeline to include Wrike alerts? As a project management tool there are important aspects of daily work including budgets that critical to work progress. As Wrike is set-up now, unless you are in the Reports tab and looking at your budgets all day, every day (as you should ideally!) you don't know the latest numbers. 

Just like alerts for news, weather, and sports rankings, Wrike should allow for alert notifications to Regular Users and Admins at least when budgets are at predetermined level (by dollar amount, percentage, etc.). Projects are nothing without money, funding and budgets. Staying on top of these numbers will ensure success of any project.

UPVOTING is a passive-aggressive system that circumvents enhancing user experience

It doesn't work. 

You can't benchmark against an upvoting system that dilutes user votes by design.

You've spread user experience feedback across THOUSANDS of web pages that are fertile with insight about critical user needs, and yet you look at a single dashboard of click counts waiting for one of those pages to generate enough votes to motivate your action.  

The WRIKE system of requiring 60 upvotes in order to move a feature forward to development operates in a way that disadvantages users and advantages WRIKE. I've found requests for changes in your alerts process on scores of pages under several different phrases and keywords. You should organize requested features in one place, using tags so that all upvotes get included in the right place.

there were may more key words I could have tried, scores more pages I could have checked, but I think the image below tells the real story. You have a HUGE opportunity to satisfy users by addressing your NOTIFICATIONS system. It's been mentioned 870 times

 

When I searched the word "SOUNDS," and found it mentioned 544 times.

 

 

There were THOUSANDS of posts addressing complaints about SETTINGS.

 

 

You have staff paid to watch posts. They are well-trained and know exactly what to say to a community posting...but I'm telling you, you have a chink in the system. 

Please escalate my point to a higher authority. No offense...seriously, I actually love WRIKE, but I am willing to post this online if that's what it takes to get 60 votes in the right place.

You’re right to mention that votes are important to us. The amount of users interested in suggested functionality voting on the Community helps our team understand the idea’s popularity. We can’t currently merge Product Feedback threads with similar ideas, like the examples in your comment, but we do report on data internally and the amount of interest for similar suggestions is visible to our team.

Please rest assured that all Community feedback is reported to our Product team regardless of the votes. Also, the 60 votes threshold is a signal for us to add an official product status to the suggestion. We can't release all suggestions posted here, but our Product Team references the Community as they plan their product roadmap.
