[Status: Coming Soon...๐Ÿ•‘] Transfer Ownership Of A Dashboard

My team has a group of people who regularly create Dashboards for other members of our teams. It would be great if we could transfer ownership of a Dashboard and then unshare it from the original owner/creator.ย 

This would also be extremely beneficial when individuals leave the company or change to different departments.ย 

The new editing permissions are great, but you can't transfer ownership and that leaves the original owner stuck holding a dashboard they may no longer need (but others still will), or someone having to duplicate the dashboard and reshare.

This would be incredibly useful for us too - we have instances where managers leave and they're the owner of a department or project dashboard. We then face the same issues as highlighted by Hayley.

As administrator for Wrike I also set up a number of dashboards for new starters, new projects etc - it would be so beneficial to set up on behalf of another user and then transfer ownership. Or having a way of creating system dashboards, which aren't owned by an individual.

I agree on this!

1. We are limited on how many dashboards we can have, if I create one for someone, and share it, that counts against my limit.ย 

2. Just yesterday, I deleted a dashboard I don't use, only to realize I had shared it out and others DO use it!

I'm the same as Dawn, I set up dashboards for others, and for major projects for others.ย

๐Ÿคžย this gets added sooner rather than later! As the owner of our account and the "Wrike Admin" in our office, it would be such a nice feature to transfer ownership of the dashboards. I create them for multiple people in our company on a weekly basis. I then have to share the original, have them duplicate it, and then hope they tell me when it's duplicated so that I can delete it on my end.ย 

This goes right in line with my request to add folders to the dashboard list. There are too many too keep track of, and I spend too much time searching for what I need at any given moment.ย 

Really looking forward to both items!ย
