Sorting Tasks

I'm creating a template for lease negotiation through to lease execution.  I've created tasks, but the tasks are not appearing in order that they would occur.  I'm not setting dates to the tasks since this is a template.  How do I get the tasks to list (in list view) in the order I want them to?

Hi Lidia, happy to see you on the Community 🙂

There are five different sorting options when viewing tasks on the List View: by priority, importance, title, status, or date. Please find more details on the Help Center and get back to me if you have any questions 🙌

Hi Lisa,

Is there a way to order the tasks just by dragging and dropping, or by the order in which they were created? Seems strange that after creating the tasks in a certain order, Wrike decides to order them as it sees fit. My tasks won't have data that pertains to priority, importance, title, status, or date. They are just a bunch of tasks that all need to get done by the same date, but the order in which they are viewed is important. Please let me know if there is a way to rearrange them that doesn't have to do with current sorting options. Thanks.

Hi Katrina Deptula, welcome to the Community! 🙂

Priority is the default sorting setting for tasks in the List View. When sorting tasks by priority you can drag and drop tasks to change their priority: the closer a task is to the top of the list, the higher its priority.

Hope this helps!

How can we set up the start and end time of a task?

All the calendars are based on start and end time, why only wrike doesn't do it?

Thanks

Hi Lisa

yes. As all the calendars do, it should be possible to see and set up when a task starts and when finish.

I have been looking through many posts here, but it seems it is not possible to do it

Thanks
