[Status: Backburner ⏳] Outlook Calendar Integration
Is there a way to sync your outlook calendar with a task? eg. A discovery meeting for a client is set up in outlook, but I would also like it to link to a task for the day. This way notes and attachments can be added in Wrike, but the client will only see it in outlook.

Thanks for extra info. One question: what's the rationale for prioritising the Zoom meeting notes feature over a calendar integration that people have been asking about for almost 2 years and (I'm guessing here) would have a larger impact on more people (if you don't use Zoom, you don't need the feature ... everyone uses a calendar of some sort).

Our wish is an Outlook integration in Wrik that synchronizes the calendar bidirectionally.That is, if I schedule a task and it is in Wrike calendar, it should also be in Outlook calendar and vice versa.
This feature is very helpful because we schedule projects or work with customers through Outlook but the work for a project, support, sales are scheduled in Wrike.
Now we have the problem that important things were planned in Wrike and an employee gets an appointment from his manager in Outlook for an external appointment. So we always have to reschedule and lose time.

I like Wrike...but I continue to feel integration/synchronization with Outlook calendar is THE KEY INGREDIENT missing in making Wrike "THE program of choice" instead of "just a" great program. I continue to turn to Wrike to invest valuable information and coordination details but it's not linked to the Outlook calendar, which is like the backbone to managing time & schedules from many different source. I also feel having this feature would make the onboarding naturally more inviting when trying to encourage your team to use the program.

Any updates on this feature?
I know that integration with either MS Teams or Outlook calendar would make a big difference for us. Many of our tasks will be meetings, and it would make a big difference to have a streamline for syncing date, time, attendee/user, and status (completion) information between the calendar event and the task.
@lisa, I agree with Ken and Tonya, this integration would solve a lot of headaches for us. It’s a main feature of other PM apps, and the big thing we miss after switching to Wrike. I really hope this makes it off the back burner soon!

I'm adding my vote to request Outlook calendar integration. Seems an obvious missing ingredient and . Can't see logic behind prioritising Zoom integration. Disappointing.

Hey all, I think a workaround for this is to use Zapier to send events to a google calendar and then subscribe to the gCal from Outlook. Hope this helps.
It's kind of difficult to believe that this request has been open for 2 years with no solution yet. It would seem that a foundational feature of a product whose purpose is to help users manage their projects and tasks. It is really quite frustrating.
And side note: testing Zapier and Wrike integration results in very basic integration at best. For example, you can't do anything with assignee... so I would in theory get a calendar event created for any task I create in Wrike whether it is my task or a task I have assigned to someone else.

Could it be possible to extend the feature to an ICS type for calendar, it would also work with all major mail/calendar systems and most probably more easy to implement than a fully M365 feature as a whole.

We're finally getting our teams to start using Wrike and one of the first questions out of the gate was, "How do I see my Wrike calendar items in my Outlook (O365) Calendar?" What do you recommend I tell these users? Just out of curiosity, how does Wrike staff deal with multiple calendars? At a minimum, why not just add back support for iCal subscriptions so a user can subscribe to a Wrike calendar? Thank you!
Continuing Luke Catlin's suggestion to add Wrike tasks to Outlook Calendar via iCal subscriptions, might there be a similar opportunity to import Outlook Calendar events to Wrike via iCal subscriptions in order to make calendar bookings (company events, meetings, holidays, etc) visible in Wrike's Workload (and other views)?
Hi Luke, unfortunately, the Product team is still interested in Outlook Calendar Integration, but due to other priorities, there are no plans to implement this idea this year. I understand that this will be disappointing, but rest assured that your input has been shared with the team.
Tuomo Suominen, some Wrike staff also have to use multiple calendars, the workaround I can offer to this is to create a folder linked to the calendar and add tasks to fill in for the scheduled meetings on other calendars. If there are any changes in relation to this suggestion, I'll be sure to let you know.
It will definitely make a huge difference to have the outlook calendar integration for Wrike. Hope the product team would be able to look into this during the first three months of 2022. I've upvoted this product improvement. Thank you Wrike Team!!

i am adding my support to make this function exist.
Specifically, I am looking to link a folder or a project to outlook so when I create tasks, they show up in my outlook calendar. Ideally this would be a two-way connection so if tasks get moved in outlook it changes their dates in Wrike.
