Hi Stephanie, thanks for reaching out ๐Ÿ™‚

Currently you can only print the Timeline, not the Table portion of the Gantt Chart. However, the Timeline shows the same tasks that are shown on the Table. If you could describe in more detail what you are trying to achieve, I might be able to suggest a workaround.

    Waiting for your reply ๐Ÿ™Œ

    Hi Lisa,

Thank you for the response. The table portion of the Gantt chart is an important detail to show on a PDF to share with the clients/team. It's a critical project management tool. Without it, it's hard to read the timeline as you don't see the details and break outs of the actual dates & duration summar. It's like sending a client a book without the table of contents; even tho all the information of the book is right there people want to see the table of contents.ย

I am basically looking for a way to print the timeline with the table/task portion. It's a standard for other scheduling programs and we are hoping we can continue using Wrike for our scheduling purposes.

Hey Stephanie, thanks for providing more details.

I can suggest exporting the Table View of the Project/Folder you're working on to Excel - it's not ideal, but if you could send the Excel file to your clients along with a Timeline PDF, that could help. Please tell me what you think about it.

I'd also suggest adding your +1 to this similar Product Feedback thread ๐Ÿ™‚

I appreciate your attempt to try to find a work around to this issue. However, sending clients an Excel file (especially the way it exports currently) is not an option as the Table/Timeline view is a industry standard for our projects. To be honest, it will unfortunately come down to us finding a program that will accommodate this. We don't want to settle, or have our clients settle, for a work around when we have to make a choice on which program to subscribe to.

I have already added my +1 to the thread you've shared. As most users on there have stated, this is an important feature to have.
