collaborative folder structure visibility
Hi Wrike Community,
My team and I are newbies and trying to port over to the Wrike platform. We've viewed getting started videos and now begun to enter our folder structure. The challenge is that the team cannot see each other's folder structure (the NavBar) of projects. Are we missing something? Maybe because we're on the freemium model our entries are not updating in real-time.

Hi Jesse! Excited to hear you guys are getting started with Wrike. It sounds like Folders/Projects need to be shared with team members. Our Help Page has instructions on how to do that. Essentially - if something isn't shared with someone, they won't be able to see it. Once things are shared, you should be ready to go!
You can always check who a Folder/Project is shared with from the Folder/Project info panel.
