Do you have a specific ID you want to use or want one created for you upon the creating of the task after the form is complete?

i've already activated job number, it's very useful for me, but i cant add it in subject for activities created with request form, the only way i've found is to leave subject blank, but it's useless because i want both ID and subject

Hi Mauro, this is not yet possible but it's something our Team has been thinking about lately.

For now, you can have the job number set to the title as standard. Then allow the first question to be about the title of the request and map this to the description area. Then when the task is generated copy and paste the answer to that question in the title beside the job number - definitely not ideal I know.

It would be great to get your vote over on Heather's post, who has been looking for the same feature. Thanks for posting!
