    That is correct, only Space Admins can add bookmarks but others can access them. Bookmarks that you often use can then be put in your personal space.

    I use the desktop app exclusively as well and was frustrated when I could not add bookmarks there as well. I played around a little bit till I figured it out in the desktop app.  Happy Wriking.

    I am guessing that the shared privileges were duplicated as well. One way to solve this is to remove them from "Shared" from the folders that you don't want them to receive notifications ...

    @Susanne, I cannot speak for Wrike but with the update that included Spaces, it adds a whole new level to collaboration. Now folders should exist in a teams "Space" as opposed to the fold...

    You can create a widgit in a dashboard.    You should then see all the completed tasks ever. If you want to narrow it down you can add a date filter as well.  Hope this helps. -Ryan
