    Hi Sally, Is the customer file taged in many folders. Within reports you can exclude the folders you do not want to see within the report. See screen shot. -Ryan

    For this tagging yourself so that it appears in your inbox I would say is a no. You can star tasks and it would appear in your Starred section of your inbox.It is basically like tagging yourself.

    Yes when you click on the task and edit from the reports section, you are making the changes directly to the task. Those changes will then reflect directly back to the project. Hope this helps. -Ryan

    That is correct, only Space Admins can add bookmarks but others can access them. Bookmarks that you often use can then be put in your personal space.
