Can I sort folders by priority?
Hi,
I have a long list of folders. Can I attached priority level to the folder. In this way, I want top priority ones to come first in the list ?I need 3 priority levels. https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/210323325-List-View-Sorting-and-Prioritizing-Tasks#more

Have you tried putting numbers at the front of your folder to have them list alphabetically? The other option you could do is star your high priority folders. To do this hover over your folder and there will be an unfilled star that appears to the right along the border of the middle section, you then move your mouse over to the star and click it. This will then fill the star in with a gray color and will also move a copy of the folder to the top of your folder list under a heading called Starred.
Hope that helps.

As far as I know, there isn't a way to sort folders because they don't appear in the task panel.
One workaround would be to create a separate folder structure for prioritizing. Create a folder outside of your main parent folder and call it "Folder Prioritizing." Then, create sub-folders for the three priority levels. Then you can multi-tag the folders you want to prioritize to those new folders (you can add as many parent folders to a folder as you like!)
If you'd like the tasks in each folder to also be marked with a priority, that's a bit more challenging. It looks like you can't mass assign a priority level to tasks. You'd have to add that to each task individually. That might be a nice feature to request.
Does that help?
2023 and this still hasn't been fixed! The problem with numbering the folders is once you go into '11' it pushes that folder under #1 folder.
I just use a,b,c etc. That seems to work but really silly workaround for a product like this.
Hi Sarah De Klein, welcome to the Community 👋
It's now possible to sort folders and projects by priority in the New Table View 👍 Let me know if you'd like to discuss this!
