Hi everyone! 

I have already been somewhat active within the community but haven't posted to this thread yet. I have been using Wrike for 3-4 years now with my organization! I love the tool and was one of the main team members responsible for getting my team into Wrike and away from 4 separate places to track various parts of our work. I work in data visualization and reporting so an organized project management system is key to getting reports to clients on time!

I love how easy Wrike is to launch within a team and that Wrike continually updates features and functions within the workspace! I feel like my feedback is taken into account when new features are launched!

I don't really consider myself new here but this is my first time introducing myself. I serve as Manager, Marketing Operations for  the Memphis Grizzlies and I am a Sliver Certified Wrike user. I manage Wrike for the company and I am also a defacto project manager. The company was using Wrike before I came on board but not to the full extent of its capabilities. I am working to improve that and make our marketing team more efficient. The world of sports is fast-paced and Wrike helps our small, yet agile, team keep up.

Hi Everyone!

I am a Marketing Operations Specialist for a local credit union in Southeastern Pennsylvania. While Wrike was instituted briefly before I started, I have now inherited the tool and I am the Wrike Product Expert and training personnel for our growing Marketing Department. I am tasked with improving the way we use the tool to be more efficient / consistent with our projects as well as developing detailed reporting to get a purview into key performance metrics.

I look forward to collaborating with each and every one of you to learn more about the tool and how you all use it!

Hi Ya'll! (Im from the south 😉)

I am Liz, Chief Marketing Officer for a full service marketing company and technology company.  We have been using Wrike for almost 3 years and it has changed our lives!  We have a found a process that works for us and our clients.  When something doesn't work - we find a new way within Wrike and love the ability to customize based on client needs.  We have recently incorporated all company purchasing into Wrike and presently working on moving all human resources and sales into the tool.  Creating spaces has been a great way to keep track of EVERYTHING!  We have used other project management tools in the past but nothing compares to Wrike.  Our clients love it, our employees love - if it isn't in Wrike it doesn't exist!

Hi all, 

This is Sony based in Tokyo and managing Wrike within MOL (Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd.). We are using Wrike for our project management and I look forward to engaging with the community to learn best practices and ways to solve pain points. We have a great deployment consultant David who has given many ideas. 

While the usual change management issues exist, being a large organization, the key is to get the right people to push this through.

I lead a digital marketing agency. We migrated to Wrike in March 2021, after 5+ years on a customized version of Salesforce using Skuid's UI/UX toolkit. 

Our team is 40+ people and we use Wrike to manage tasks and meetings for 200+ clients, in addition to a lot of customized internal spaces to manage things like goal tracking, training credits, at-risk client monitoring, and more. 

Our favourite features we were missing with our previous PM software? Time tracking, comments/approvals, dashboards, and beautiful UI. Customized workflows have also been a gamechanger, though we feel like we're only scratching the surface here.

Hi, I'm Abigail and I'm the Product Delivery Manager for my company. We offer regulatory database solutions for different government entities. I've been on wrike since 2018, but haven't said hi yet. In my spare time I'm always trying to learn something new for skills at work (or home). I also am a volunteer coordinator for the navigation app, waze. Finally, I train and compete in various dog sports with my dogs.

1. I was born and raised in the Philippines and migrated to the US in 2011.
