Sort by Last Update Date
Is it possible to sort by last update date? I am having trouble seeing what has happened on a day by day basis. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Charlie 🏈The Stream is a great way to see what was done on a day by day, Folder by Folder basis. You can click on a Folder/Project and then select Stream to use that view. Other than that - I think a Report by "last modified date" might be helpful. To create this type of Report
Let me know if that could work!
Hi, I have a similar need. I have a project with 46 contributors, and would like to be able to see a report (or sort in a table view) by most recently updated over the last month or quarter, etc. in order to know for each team member when they last updated their task. The Stream and the report by last updated you proposed above don't work without significant spreadsheet analysis.
Thanks,
Evan
Hi @Evan, thanks for reaching out!
Have you tried creating a Report and add a "Last modified date" filter?
Please let me know if that helps, I'll be happy to discuss 🤝

Wrike doesn't seem to handle this simple feature.
I'm looking for this ability too. It is not the ability to create a report based on last modified today or yesterday. Rather it is the ability to sort tasks by 'last modified' timestamp regardless of what report is viewed.
It's very odd to me that this very basic ability doesn't exist in Wrike.
Hi Harry Slaughter, welcome to the forums! 🙂
It's now possible to sort by last modified date in the List View:
It's also possible to use the last modified date filter in the Gantt Chart:
Hope this helps!

Thanks for pointing this out, I wasn't aware of it.
The problem is the list view doesn't allow for addition of columns.
What would be most useful is the ability to add the 'last modified' column to the table view, which is where we (and probably others) work almost exclusively.
The goal here is to see who worked on what and when. It would be super helpful for our standups and also seeing a personal list of what the status is of recent tickets.
Thanks!
Thanks a lot for your feedback, Harry Slaughter, I'm passing it on to the team now.

Do you have any status of this, we need last update date in a table to be able to identify what tasks are getting old, to me this is basic task management functionality, allow last updated date and time to be displayed in the table view.
Hello Jose Luis Olvera Herrera, thanks for posting. I understand it might not be ideal, but it's currently possible to achieve this by creating a new custom field "Last Updated Date" and manually update the field each time there's an update to the task. The task stream does show the updates if any dates have been missed.
I've passed on your feedback to our team and moved this thread to our Product Feedback forum.
I'll be sure to let you know if there are any plans for introducing such functionality in the future.
Any update to being able to add a column to the table view for the ability to sort by last modified date? I would assume each task would have it's own last modified date and the project would have the latest modified date of it's tasks. This would be extremely useful when review project statuses and checking on the oldest job to have been modified. At this point in time I am manually entering a custom field date to accomplish this, although this an extra step that is costing time and effort. Any update or help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi John Guy, welcome to the Community, and thank you for posting. At the moment, there are no updates in relation to this so the way I recommend is to use a custom field as you've described. I'm passing on your feedback to our Product team👍🏼
Another vote for Prod/Dev team to add the 'last modified' column to the table view for sorting. Thanks.
