This would be great! I want my dashboard to be the one place I have to look to see what's going on. Having a widget that more or less replicates the Incoming tab of the Inbox would be fantastic.
Absolutely agree with this, I use my dashboard 90% of the time, but it doesn't show updates or changes to tasks. There is the "Activity Stream" widget, but that seems to show so many irrelevant things - like my own comments, my own status changes, but not actual notifications I need to be aware of. Maybe updating the Activity Stream widget to be customizable would fix this. But ideally I'd like to have the inbox itself present in the dashboard so I can check and clear notifications.
Hi folks, thanks for the suggestion and feedback here! I've passed this on to our Product team.
This post is very close to getting 60+ votes, at which point we'll be able to add a status. If you have any questions, or if you need help with anything else in the meantime, be sure to let me know.

Welcome to the Community Terry Banks, Reena Patel! 🤗 Thanks so much for supporting this idea! 🙌
It would be great if you could also share some detail on your use-case here - like how would having a widget for inbox notifications help you be more productive?

Hi Lisa, I've been using Wrike for about 2 years - mainly for the management of document versions, preparation of reports, assigning of work etc. Quite often I get @mentioned in tasks but by the time I get a chance to go to it, it has dropped out of my Inbox. I do use the My-To-Do report but that only helps in the tasks I'm assigned to. I could get @mentioned in any one of a hundred tasks or more!
I really like Wrike for the version control and being able to set status's dependant on where tasks are with in a process - there is still so much more I want to learn but I have very much just used it up until now as I was taught so very basic really.
Thank you for getting back to me Terry Banks! I can see how it can be useful in this case! I can think of a pretty manual workaround - you could create a folder in your personal space and tag the tasks from your Inbox with this folder and then create a dashboard widget based on that folder, but I'm not sure if that will help.
I passed your feedback to the Product team, and I'll let you know when I have an update from them 👍

Hi Lisa,
This would also be incredibly helpful for our team in that our Director primarily uses her Dashboard to interact with Wrike. The dashboard widgets are great for her file and task approval reviews, but would really like her to easily see (in 1 place!) when we @ mention her.
Thanks for the consideration!
Welcome back to the Community Emily Lillya! 🤗

This is a huge frustration with the "new experience", I have had to change my way of interaction as a result. This exacerbates the amount of clicking around to get the information you need to drive your day-to-day work. By definition, a dashboard is a (single place of contact). Having the inbox front and center as a widget would be a total step up from the distraction of the pointless social media feed which is the "activity stream" it is not a smart way to work.
Hi everyone! I've checked with the Product team - for now, they aren't planning to work on an Inbox widget. I understand this might be disappointing news, but please rest assured we'll continue to share your feedback here with the team. Any updates in the future - we'll let you know.

I've liked the post up top as well, but just to pile on here - several of our supervisors work exclusively from the dashboard (because it shows them both tasks and approvals). Having to click over to the inbox frequently doesn't work well for them, and email notifications aren't a good solution because they already get too many emails. This seems like a pretty straightforward request that has a lot of support.
Hi Karen Bullock, thank you so much for sharing your feedback and use case about Inbox Widget for Dashboards. We'll be sure to post here if there are any updates 🙋🏻♀️
I'm very sorry to hear this this request is not happening. It would be very helpful to my team.
Hi Emily Lillya, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The team is aware of this feedback and they're keeping it on their radar for the future. We'll be sure to let you know if there are any updates🙋🏻♀️
Another request here to add @mentions to a Dashboard widget or similar feature! It's difficult to keep track of @mentions in email, especially if the @mention is a team monitored response. Thanks!
Hi Jacqueline Boccanfuso, welcome to the Community, and thank you for adding your support here.
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
Adding my upvote - it would be very helpful to have all @mentions in one place, somehow, especially if it showed you @ yourself, which our team has tried to use in meetings as a way to track tasks to return to, when an added assignment isn't appropriate.
Thank you for your feedback here, everyone! I don't have an update for this suggestion, but I'll send your feedback to the team shortly 👍

We just started using Wrike and this is just another in a growing list of baffling omissions. I'm on the verge of bailing on Wrike before we get in much deeper.
Also, along the same lines, it appears much of the documentation refers to a version of the product that we don't have. So features that were seemingly available from reading the docs, actually aren't. Are recent version regressing and dropping features?
Any update on this if this will happen? Its becoming more apparent how important a dashboard widget that shows @ mentions is! A person may not be the assigned owner of a task or project but has an action item that is captured thru an @mention but those get lost in your inbox. Even if there were a way to filter the your inbox to show only @mentions would be helpful.
Thank you for supporting this idea Bernadette Boesch! We don't have an update at the moment as this suggestion is not currently planned, but we continue sharing your feedback with the team and we'll keep you posted on any updates if they are available in the future 🙌
