I really appreciate it when feedback is given in a positive and constructive way, and credit is also given or shared among the team. It makes everyone feel valuedโand honestly, itโs the sort of thing that encourages everyone to do their best work together.

My green flag is coworkers who use Wrike instead of scheduling a meeting - so much more efficient!
My green flag is when coworkers are eager to share knowledge rather than gatekeep, helping to break down silos between departments.

My teammate green flag is when someone on our team gives recognition to another team member for their good work without hesitation.

My green flag ... when my team gets recognition for all their hard work. We are in IT so often left out of all the "Thanks" speeches.

The PM in me smiles when people document things in Wrike - if it's not written down in the project, it didn't happen! Communicating in one place rather than Wrike, emails and gchats.
My green flag is keeping your calendar up-to-date -- even better if it includes time blocks for your to get work done and not be scheduled back-to-back. Putting anticipated time off in months in advance is also really a bright green flag.ย
Mine is folks who communicate! Virtual work makes it even harder to "read your mind" so clarity is key.
