Apex is designed for enterprise businesses that need to unify workflow data, strategy, and execution in a single, high-performance platform protected by enterprise-grade security.
Whatโs in the Apex Plan?
Apex includes everything available on the Free, Team, Business, and Pinnacle plans, plus additional capabilities:
Wrike Whiteboard ๐
Collaborate visually using diagramming, interactive presentations, voting, and more. You can also convert Whiteboard content into structured Wrike work items to move ideas into execution.
Wrike Integrate ๐
Connect Wrike with hundreds of business tools and automate workflows across systems.
Wrike Sync ๐
Set up two-way syncs between Wrike and other systems so teams can work in their preferred apps while staying aligned.
Wrike Datahub ๐
Bring data from multiple sources into Wrike to support integrated workflows and unified reporting.
About the Enterprise Plan (Legacy)
With the introduction of Apex, the Enterprise plan becomes a legacy plan and will no longer be available for purchase after January 21, 2026.
If your organization was on the Enterprise plan before this date, you can continue using it.
