I would also like to add that being able to add images is an important part of having a good description so directions are easy to follow. Currently, those images also show up where files and images describing actual work needing to be done are and add confusion to the process because these aren't delineated.
Hi Yeti Decker! 👋🏼 Thanks for sharing the details. I tried this on my end, and it works as expected, not in the wonky way shown in your example. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can check further.
Please let me know if you’d like me to raise a ticket on your behalf. Thanks! 😊

Hi Kristy Schaan! 👋🏼 Thanks for the feedback. You’re right that adding images for clear, step‑by‑step directions in descriptions creates exactly the confusion you’re describing when those same files appear alongside “real” work files.
There is currently no native way to mark certain attachments as “instructional” vs. “work product” so they show up in separate Files areas. However, as a workaround you can use strict naming conventions to distinguish deliverable files from internal instructions.
Nevertheless, I’ll share your feedback with our team. Thanks! 😊 👍🏽
