Saving Table Views
Hi,
When I am in a project using table view, I typically want to see all active tasks, so set that filter. I've noticed that each time I go away from a project using table view, it does not remember that I had filtered by "All Active Tasks" and shows all tasks again.
I feel like this was an issue in the past (along with it not remembering the order of the columns which seems to be fixed now - and NOT in custom table view). Now it keeps reopening all of the tasks rather than remembering my last view of "all active tasks."
Has anyone else noticed this? It would be great if the table view could remember how I last viewed a project.
Hi Danielle,
please check if there's a small blue dot in the button of your table view. This would indicate that your view has been modified and not saved. You could then click on the three dots and hit "Set filters as default"
Does this solve your issue?

Danielle Wilson Hi! Have you already set up your desired filters as the default filters? If you are using the browser portal, is your browser up to date?
Thank you!! I must have missed this change. All set!
Danielle
You welcome, Danielle Wilson
this change appeared from transition of custom views, as explained here: [From Wrike] Transition to Custom Views 📌 – Wrike Help Center
Prior to this change, you only had to safe filter settings in cutom views, but not in regular views. Since regular views have vanished, all rules regaring custom views apply to all views.
Glad that I could help you!
Florian
The unfortunate part of this is that it saves my preferred view for everyone. I am a project manager and have a different preferred view than our creative team, so if there was an option to save this as a preferred view for each person, that would be wonderful. Is that possible?
Hi Lauren McClain PTO 12.24-26, 1.1-2,
it is possible, but not as comfortable as before with standard views. You'd have to duplicate the default view to a personal one (only visible for you, see https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056639873-Wrike-Views#UUID-55251374-98ed-9320-b567-df954e9dc92c_personal_vs_public:~:text=this%20view%20first.-,Duplicate%20a%20view,-A%20view%20can ) and set your filters there. Unfortunately it is not possible to set a personal view as default. If you have a bunch of folders you use very often, you could alternatively pin your personal view to the side menu for quicker access. See https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056639873-Wrike-Views#UUID-55251374-98ed-9320-b567-df954e9dc92c_personal_vs_public:~:text=for%20your%20space.-,Pin%20to%20sidebar,-%3A%20Add%20your%20view
Hope this helps!
